About Us

Central Jersey Kennels is committed to the Cane Corso. This dog exemplifies the epitome of the working-class dog, having dutifully served their families for centuries. Through those generations this powerful molosser has survived near extinction while continuing to be fiercely loyal. Our Kennel celebrates the Cane Corso’s loyalty by recognizing the necessity to protect and preserve the integrity of this breeds standard. 

Our goal is it to produce and train dogs that personify these qualities. This is done by prioritizing improved health, temperament, and structure in our dogs and their offspring.  A stronger, sturdier animal not only gives a better life to our dogs but will allow their owners to have many years with their Cane Corso.  

Ultimately, we strive to be the protectors of our protectors.
